Last night, I had the pleasure of checking out The Saint, a speakeasy-style restaurant in St. Petersburg, Florida. I've gotta say, this place is pretty darn cool! The whole vibe they've got going on is spot-on. From the sinners cards posted on a big board to the lighting and decorations, it's clear they've put a lot of thought into creating a unique atmosphere. The buzz about the place was palpable, and I couldn't help but get caught up in the excitement. Now, while I enjoyed the overall experience, I do have one gripe: the food selection. Don't get me wrong, the finger foods they serve are tasty and all, but I was hoping for a bit more variety, ya know? I left feeling satisfied but not fully satiated. It's important to keep in mind that this place is more of a bar than a full-on restaurant, staying true to its prohibition-era roots. If you're planning on stopping by, I'd definitely recommend making a reservation. Seating is limited, and it seems like you might even need a reservation just to grab a drink at the bar. Oh, and don't forget that they do take walk-ins, but it's probably best to play it safe and book ahead. The staff at The Saint were great - attentive and with fantastic attitudes all around. I really wanted to give this place a full five stars, but the limited food options held me back. I'm giving it a solid three stars instead. Just keep in mind that if you're looking for a full dinner spread, this might not be the spot for you.All in all, The Saint is a cool hangout with a killer atmosphere, but come for the drinks and the vibe, not necessarily for a full meal.

While staying at the Mari Jean gay hotel, I found out about this place because it is the same owner as the hotel. This is a pretty unique place you need to know the sin of the day to get in. This can be found on the website. I won't tell you anymore as you do have to look for it. Once you have that and arrive, you can enter. Its theme is very, very Devil, and horror meets Sophisticated and Chic. The servers are fantastic. They have food and themed cocktails. Think upscale, and that's includes what you wear, no beachwear, and most people were dressed like they were attending a play. In the back, you can make your own confession, and it might get selected as the sin of the day, plus it's some pretty wild reading. Depending on what you like, I would recommend checking this place out. Attached are lots of pics. I hope you like the color red because it's definitely the theme. Horrible service, great atmosphere and ambiance. Staff was rude and obnoxious. Food was decent but tiny portions and overpriced.

Was excited to kill a couple hours here to avoid rush hour, and check out the cocktail program. But was denied entry because my girlfriend was wearing leggings. Visiting from out of state and was disappointed to be turned away while there was room for us inside. Working in a cocktail bar myself, I’d never turn away good patronage

Its themed ambiance is spot on, creating an immersive experience from the moment you enter. The staff is not only friendly but also knowledgeable, making every visit enjoyable. As for the drinks, they're inventive and tasty, striking a nice balance between classic and contemporary. Don't forget to check the website for the sin of the week so you will be ready for confession!

Unless you have an American ID, you are not getting inEdit: they have let me in using the back of my depit card that has a blurry photo and no real ID. The law depends on the night I guess?

Perfect spot if you want to look around all night and point and talk about the ambiance and decor. The drinks were great. The value and price matched the experience and i would definitely go again.

We absolutely love the vibe inside. It is sultry, and designed so incredibly well and different. That being said, the drinks for the price are vastly overpriced. They are not even 5 ounces for $15 or $16 dollars. We wouldn't mind paying that for a normal size drink that is executed well but it has always been a hit or miss with the mixology. I tend to not get a cocktail anymore because of how inconsistent they are but my partner will get one. We went specifically Wednesday night to hear Stephanie sing but not sure we would go otherwise anymore. Another point was there was absolutely no wait yet we were kept waiting outside for atleast ten minutes. Another couple was let in before us by the woman who works outside and then it seems we were forgotten until my parter rang the bell. The woman never came back out! Don't keep people waiting that have a reservation, there is no line and no reason. I would say to people go check it out as it is a cool speakeasy but be prepared to overspend for so so cocktails.
