As a regular of urban stillhouse, I must say this place doesn't ever miss! Which is how I became a frequent! I'm here atleast twice out of the year and from the minute you walk we're always greeted with the warmest welcome and we sit at the second level bar all the time. Got a chance to meet the new face Bakarie and I must say he's been a pleasure and also very knowledgeable. People like bakarie are reasons why it's worth the visit! Thanks again for the hospitality! You all are appreciated as a staff

This was our first visit; it was exceptional! The atmosphere, the service, and the FOOD was amazing. I had the Colorado Lamb Chops; I ate every last bite. The BEST I've ever had. The goat cheese scalloped potatoes were so delicious. My husband had the Bison steak.. over the top!!! The house old fashioned... well what can I say... when you specialize in Bourbon 🥃 it was perfect. We will be back!

We started with old fashions that were very good. Then we did the horse soldier flight and it was excellent. We ordered the spinach Gouda dip and was delicious. For dinner we ordered the rib eye with au gratin potatoes. We ordered the steak medium rare and came out that way but was very dry. The potatoes were good. We'd go back!

Amazing atmosphere, incredible food, Awesome staff. A place you have to taste and experience. I had the beef cheeks with an outstanding sauce. Melt in your mouth beef. Check out the movie 12 Strong, and the story behind the 12 horseman ! Makes your meal even better !!

My first time there and I was thoroughly impressed. I loved the ambience and interior design. The fireplace and gas candles provided a cozy, home away from home experience. Everyone we encountered was approachable, inviting and accommodating. Jordan, our waitress was tentative, informative, informative and very warm.

Birthday dinner for husband and picked Urban Stillhouse for proximity to where we were staying and the reviews overall looked good. Was impressed that I received a phone call the day before asking who was celebrating the birthday from Rebecca. Complimentary valet was a nice touch. Our table was toward the back in front of the open kitchen. First thing we noticed was the noise level and how dark it was...very loud and the acoustics were not good for a conversation. It was hard to hear our server at times and I do like to see my food. The chairs that resembled a barrel were very hard and got uncomfortable by the end of the evening. There was a card left on the table for my husband wishing him a happy birthday which was a nice gesture. Vince was our server and overall was good. At times he was slow to come to table and we had to ask for the basket of bread from another team member. Drinks were very good, appetizers were excellent and our entrees were very good. We had the bison filet and the diver scallops. The spaghetti squash that came with the scallops was a bit sweet as it was mixed with maple syrup. A complimentary cheesecake with a candle was a nice touch and delicious. It was a nice evening overall, with a few misses.
Celebrated my husbands 50th birthday with close friends and family. The reservation was easy to make in advance and the restaurant kept clos3 communication with me up to the reservation and graciously allowed my guests to be seated before my arrival so it could be a pleasant surprise for my husband who had no clue until we got there. My husband had the lamp chops which were amazing and cooked to perfection. I had the bison which was great but a tiny bit over cooked which made it a bit dry. We also had guests order the swordfish fish and he said it was really good. We also got to have some chocolate mouse to end the meal and all I can say is wow!! The absolute best chocolate mouse I have ever tasted. We were basically licking the plate. If your able to get the opportunity to dine here, I strongly suggest the mouse after your meal. I was so full, but couldn't put the spoon down. Thank you Bill for the wonderful service and helping to make this special occasion beautiful.

Jordan was our server and she did an excellent job... however I think this place is a little overpriced for the quality and amount of food you get. Also, we were there for a birthday and although they left a little note card on the table, there was no gratuitous dessert or any other recognition for the birthday person. Very expensive and disappointing.
