Consistency is key at this restaurant. Each of the menu items I try are creative and delicious. Certainly have my favorites but the lamb chop is top of the list. Great history and ambiance to go along with amazingly consistent great service. You can tell the people that work there love where they work and really welcome you and make you feel at home.

As always, another amazing dining experience at one of my favorite restaurants here in St Pete! It was my sister's birthday, also her first time visiting St Pete, when I made the reservation I added some special notes, that Urban took the time to read and made our evening extra special! Angel was our server, she was incredible! I can't wait to come back and dine with y'all again!

We had an amazing dining experience overall! From the Valet, Hostess, Service and Culinary Culture, it was top notch! We celebrated my birthday and they placed us in the upstairs balcony-bar area which was preferred as the setting was a little more intimate. Our server Bill was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable on the spirits and menu presentation. We will be back to try some new items soon.

Excellent brunch! Everything was very tasty, burger, biscuit n gravy, eggs Benedict. Overall great brunch selections. Would like to see a brunch charcuterie added on the menu for a starter while waiting on entrees. Drinks were fantastic as usual.

Another excellent meal at Urban Stillhouse. Our server Jordin was fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and anticipated our every need. The branzino is the best I've ever had. Other dishes ordered at the table were the lamb chops and short rib. All incredible. Oh and the oysters...not to be missed and that's from a girl who doesn't eat oysters. After dinner, we visited the shop to purchase a few bottles of horse soldier and t-shirts. The shop attendant was a pleasure. We love it here and will be back next month!

You exceeded our already high expectations once again. We are still talking about the bone marrow starter. My lobster bucatini was awesome, and I rarely stray from my bone in bison filet. Stephen enjoyed his braised short rib once again. Bourbon drinks were perfect and our chocolate mouse with salted bourbon caramel sauce into sauce was delicious. So good that I swirled some of the caramel sauce into the foam of my espresso martini. Ambience and service at the 2nd floor bar was on pointe. All in all, if I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would.

Atmosphere is great. Beautiful active fire place when you enter, very rustic with class, multi level bars, and knowledgeable staff. Drinks are good priced but the entries are very small and avg about $65 each. Food was stupendous but overpriced. Oysters very very small about the size of a quarter. 1/2 dz for $25. Love the place overall and the Maple Syrup Ole Fashioned is definitely the best I've ever had.
