We like to sit at the bar, so I can't speak for the whole restaurant experience, but at the bar you have your own bar tender, the drinks are creative and unlike anything you get anywhere else. The food comes out quickly, is picture perfect and delicious. The bar stools are extremely comfortable. Definitely fun to try the flight! So thankful I found this place! We hosted our reception here and the event team and servers are so wonderful. The event team went above and beyond to help us create a special reception. Even though we had a much smaller, more intimate wedding, they helped us incorporate traditional reception moments. On a tight budget, they really brought it all to life for us and we couldn't be more thankful. They also provided exceptional service the day of. We will definitely consider them for future events and recommend them to friends and family.

3rd visit & disappointing. Bartenders on 1st & 2nd floor without a doubt are amazing. 2nd floor makes one of the most amazing basil and cucumber gimlet. Service was lacking overall, although it was Easter, I have been at the restaurant when it was busier. Veal meatballs & spinach/Gouda dip did not disappoint, the hamburger is definitely not their specialty and the fries were sent back and still not very eatable. Two waiters handling our table of 2, specials never shared and to be honest, we had to listen to the other table to get the Sunday brunch special. Not the most attentive waiters, as we had to ask for silverware replacement & cocktails. Never even asked if we were interested in dessert.Restaurant is a darker atmosphere so it didn’t help the light bulb above our table was out.Wouldn’t be so hard on the service if it was busier or not our 3rd visit.

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary here, and it was so romantic! We ordered the bone-in bison fillet and Colorado lamb chops. Both of them were cooked perfectly. Our servers were very knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend for a special occasion.
It has always been a fantastic experience at Urban Stillhouse. The customer service is outstanding starting with the GM Joey who is always greeting the customers and makes you feel at home. Neilson, the bartender is the best there is, an expert at his craft. Beautiful Natalie in the gift shop and hosting always has a smile on her face greeting everyone. This is by far our favorite restaurant in St. Pete.

The Mackawhich brother were outstanding. I had seen the movie 12 horses and knew a bit about it. They were very informative. Told us about the special reserve bourbon and how the revenues went to wounded warriors so we were able to purchase a fine bottle as well. Love this place. We are from the East coast but will be back with friends.

First note that I have dined here a few times. That said, Tom was our server and they always have at least two servers per table to help each other out. As a previous restaurant owner, I only wish I had a staff of Tom's as I'd still probably be in business. The food is simply stunning in its presentation and the quality of ingredients is over the top. My Son had the bone-in Bison Filet which may be the best filet you will ever eat. It honestly does melt in your mouth. My wife had the scallops with are Day Boat U8 and prepared to perfection. My daughter had the Bison Filet as well and they substituted broccolini instead of the potatoes to accommodate her diet. Again, amazing. I normally get the lamb as it is Domestic Lamb and the finest available anywhere. They are extremely expensive but NOT at Urban Stillhouse. They practically give them away at only $49. You can't get Australian lamb for less than $60-70 ANYWHERE. I wanted something different, so I ordered the Shrimp pasta. It was simply delicious. We had the Shrimp cocktail with enormous shrimp! the veal meatballs that melt in your mouth, the Charcuterie board that is a world tour on a platter. Their cocktails are always something to look forward to as they change that menu quite often. Tom is so informative about the menu and incredibly accommodating. When I go out for dinner, I want to be a little spoiled. Thats exactly how we all felt throughout the evening. Top is all off with a table visit from Chef Kenny and you could not have a more perfect night. Thank you, Uban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier, for NEVER disappointing. Always delighting.

Apparently, when you modify a reservation, which I did because the number of people went from 6 to 4, it removed my special request. When we saw we were about to be seated near small children I notified the hostess and the restaurant was quick to accommodate and they were all very professional about it. Everyone was very friendly and we will definitely be back.

Setting was loud, but beautiful. Appetizers were delicious (spinach gouda dip & mushroom bisque). Main course left a lot to be desired. The Delmonico steak did not have much flavor and was extremely fatty. The buffalo also lacked in taste. For the amount of money spent on this meal, my expectations were much higher!

Very high end distillery with food. The person that greeted us asked if we had reservations and when we said no it sounded like we couldn't even get a drink. A bit of a turn off but we stayed and had a few cocktails once we found out we could order a drink from the bar and only sit in a certain area. We were told to not sit in any green chairs at the bar. Ok, lots of green chairs at the bar are open. Again, not very welcoming. The drinks were good but not sure we'll return
