Amazing fresh food. Lamb chops and grits are the I've ever had. They were nice and tender and complimentef well with grits if perfection. I also lovrd the lobster & shrimp. Professional & courteous customer service. Overall I will be back!! Efficient ordering process definitely worth tipping for.

Lack luster at best. More social media hype than food/flavor quality. Went there off of a recommendation, but would not recommend after this experience. Waited 15 minutes in line to wait over an HOUR for a wings and fries meal (not to mention it’s summer and 90+ degrees outside). Was supposed to have 6 wings (per menu), but only received 5. 1 wing was burnt. Uses CashApp only. No organization for customer order/pick up line. Horrible parking/accidents waiting to happen. Fries were well seasoned, wings were hot but bland/flavorless. Menu is poorly written/ not legible. Was open from 12-5pm but stated “sold out” at 3pm.

Best food truck in the city hands down. The food is always fresh and the presentation of the food is always on point. I’ve had multiple menu items and they were all delicious. What I really love is the family oriented customer service they make every customer feel like a part of the 3G family. I will always support Three Generations Foodtruck. Great experience

Chef Mel out did herself once again two years in a row catering my birthday brunch. The food were fingerlicking good and everyone at my brunch were satisfied. Delivery was on time and food presentation was amazing. Thank you for another year of feeding our bellies with your talent. Looking forward to next year's service from you.

I had found this caterer on social media and contracted her for my birthday party. Firstly, we had discussed shooter style and that was not the case when my food arrived late in aluminum tins. Secondly, The tacos were mixed together so there was meat on veggie tacos, there are people that don’t eat meat at all so that was such a confusion to me as to why they would be in the same pan. As a caterer, I would think there would be more sensitive to those needs. Thirdly, the tails were left on the bang bang shrimp and the bed of slaw that was mush by the time it arrived. Again, 0 attention to detail.I am beyond disappointed in the entire experience and cannot believe I paid $600 for this level of mediocrity. I had discussed with her in detail on how I wanted the evening to go but clearly she did not care at all. I love to host and throw parties so this was a challengeStick to the food truck and leave catering for people that actually care.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Sometimes it is truly hard supporting small black businesses. My advice for this business would be communicate and make sure your customers and clients are taken care of. Highly unsatisfied with the communication and end result of the agreement. To sum my experience up, I would say she is a unprofessional thief!

My family Holiday celebration immediately became stressful after the chefs customer service went bad. My family was left with the stress of cooking for a huge party at the last minute due to the lack of her communication. Let’s make it clear after a deposit had already been given. She was rude on the phone and before the conversation could end she hung up in our face with no return call just a simple text, NOW THATS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Needless to say I felt the need to share I wouldn’t want another person to have to experience the awful customer service we did.

ZERO professionalism! HORRIBLE customer service! Had an event planned for December 30th. In the beginning of November received a quote and paid a $307.50 deposit as requested by the owner Chef Melly. After not hearing from her we contacted her on December 29th. After several disrespectful text messages and a phone call where she hung up on me, needless to say the event was cancelled. Shortly after hanging up on me, she sent a text advising she would process the refund. I just contacted my bank today (8 days later) and there is no record of a refund.THE OWNER IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & DISHONEST! Don't waste your time attempting to do business with her. I will take the necessary steps to get my refund for services that were not rendered.

I’m honestly not sure where to start! To sum up my experience in a nutshell I feel that customer service is really important when running a business. There is a huge lack of customer service. I had a terrible experience and following that I will not refer anyone to Three Generations. I didn’t get a chance to taste the food because of the lack of customer service my catering services were canceled. Being a chef is more than cooking! Customer service is key.

I’m apart of a Family Committee for our 2021 Family Holiday Party for about 25/30 people. Our commitment reached out to Chef Melly after reviewing the business instagram page. There was no haggle in the hiring process or with our initial payment 4 weeks ago. Our event date is today, Dec 29th. Our committee member in charge of the food reached out to Chef Melly on yesterday to see why we had not received the final invoice showing payment paid and new payment balance as well as to discuss delivery time, delivery address etc… Chef Melly was called and texted serveral times for communication. As a business owner you should never depend on texting to conduct business because things are always misinterpreted. A business owner should never use profanity with their client. The level of unprofessionalism was unacceptable. Running a business is more than cooking in a kitchen such as organization, time management and customer service, business 101 is definitely needed. At the end of this horrible situation we informed Chef Melly her services were no longer needed. Chef Melly finally called back and things were ironed out and apologies on both sides were given, again text can be misinterpreted. After 90mins went by Chef Melly called back with a lecture for the paying clients how to act, please note we are very professional and a courtesy family/committee. . We allowed Chef Melly to speak her concerns in a respectful manner with no interruptions, we were floored to even receive this type of phone call, as we attempted to give our rebuttal CHEF MELLY RUDELY INTERRUPTED AS WE WERE SPEAKING AND DISCONNECTED THE PHONE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!As I informed Chef Melly earlier on, the best advertisement is word of mouth!!HCC offers BUSINESS 101, she would definitely benefit to take that course to succeed. We are a family that can cook and make all the chosen items on the menu but we CHOSE to hirer a cater in order to RELAX and enjoy FAMILY time. As you can see we made a horrible CHOICE.Chef Melly, this is your business and you should never let a client depart with a horrible perception of your business skills. Good luck in the future. Hopefully this will be a lesson learned for your next clients.

A Maz. Ing! Y'all get to this food truck. Best fried shrimp, chicken tenders, cajun fries... WOW! They came out to the black-owned food truck really at the USF game tonight & we loved every bite. The Cajun fries were so flavorful without being too spicy for this wimpy mama . The chicken & shrimp were fried perfectly. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu
