Topgolf Saint Petersburg

They had a good deal on 2hr play. Was 2nd deck bay 204. Thats a little too far to the left though. I would ask for somewhere past 215.

We only got drinks and the lady came around often to make sure we were good.

Topgolf is always as good as your server and Elise did the best job ever making us feel at home. From helping us with the games to telling us everything we needed. She went above and beyond!

The server Lauren was digging through the trash with her bare hands while talking to me she messaged up our order and never checked on us and when I brought up the order was wrong she seemed very annoyed,I might go back but I'll never allow Lauren to be my server again I've never seen anything so nasty

Father’s Day Visit Disappointment

I've been to Topgolf many times over the past few months and have spent a good amount of money each visit. Unfortunately, our Father's Day experience left a bad taste. Our waiter was noticeably unfriendly and rushed us to close out the check even though we still had about 15 minutes left—and we were still eating.

It felt like he assumed we were going to skip out on the bill, even though my card was already on file. The urgency to get us out of the booth was unnecessary and unwelcoming. We ended up finishing our meal outside, and even after 20 minutes, the booth we were “rushed” out of was still empty.

I’m honestly considering canceling my membership. Not the experience I expected, especially on a day meant for enjoying time with family.

We actually reserved a spot in Tampa and came here on accident. They were understanding and got us a spot to golf within 15 min and I got refunded for the Tampa location.

Wasn't the greatest food. Chicken tenders were super small. And some orders didn't show up. Could have had better service. Did get meal comped atleast. Other than that place was good. Nice and clean and had a very good time enjoying the game!

Went for my friends birthday for the first time! We had so much fun with excellent service from the very personable and cool Mac Daddy!!

We had two lanes reserved for 10 of us which was perfect as they hold 6 each. In our 2 hour timeslot we were able to golf 4 games, and were able to try all the different game options—Angry Birds was our fav! The food and drinks were pricey, but tasty (shoutout to the super crunchy tots and garlic parm wings). It added up to about $50 (before tip) for the kids corndog nugget meal, a flatbread, and two cocktails.

All-in-all it was a good experience! We had fun and will be back!

This was our second visit to this Topgolf location, and it’s the perfect spot for celebrating a birthday, enjoying a date day, or just having a fun outing. The manager, JR, was super helpful, and our server, Maggie, was attentive and on top of everything, which made our experience even better. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area.

Update: we contacted the support link they responded. No one got back to us. Unfortunately Top Golf is getting worse and worse

We visited Top Golf St Pete with my family for a two-hour booking.
We pre booked it in order to expedite the process. But we only ended up with 1.5 hours of game time!
First, we lost 15 minutes to registe new players. Then due to a system glitch, the server, Rich, had to reboot the computer, which is understandable, but we feel the time should have been extended, especially since the facility was empty. Additionally, we noticed that all of our drinks were charged with premium liquor, even though we specifically ordered from the menu without requesting the premium options.
They also charge gratuity on the renting price of the bay!
All of this combined contributed to a disappointing experience. We contacted management but have not heard back.

The management is horrible disrespectful and rude. Told me to close 15 mins remaining. I’m a business owner too and this is not how we treat our customers. The owner needs to find better staff these people wouldn’t last a day working for me

Nice place and okay food. The service is decent. They supply clubs for men and women. You will need to ask for kids clubs. There is no charge for clubs, and if you want you can bring your own.

This was the best out of all of our top golf experiences by far! Fun time, good food, and amazing services (shout out to Nick for being the best and helping us with a military discount!). Will be back soon.
