Went here because I was told the fish nuggets are the best around — and it was so true! The fish nuggets are perfectly breaded, flavorful and have a crunch in each bite that doesn’t taste like grease. The fish tacos came with 3 decent sized tacos — minimal ingredients and big flavors. Everything came super fresh. I believe the nuggets were $16, so they are on the pricey side, but worth a splurge.

This place is a must go. I hope you are as blessed to have Kocho welcome you in as your bartender as we did. From the start there was a welcome that seemed as if they new we were coming. A welcome just for us. As we peeked through the door. Kocho kindly welcomed us and was very informative. He made a drink for my wife that she actually finished. The food was even better. This place is unreal. From atmosphere to taste. 10/10 thanks again Kocho. Great experience.
Such a pleasant and charming dining experience at Trophy fish! The ambience and the food were incredible! The drinks and desserts were awesome too! A little pricey, but not compared to the other places in the area. You get what you pay for!

Has potential but I think the heavy crowd threw things off. Waited over 40min for my food. Actually had to get up and ask for at least my hush puppies. They ended up bringing them right away with an apology. That was closely followed by my lukewarm food. The people next to me got their food within 20min so I'm guessing my food sat there forgotten for a while. Tasted decent but fries were soaked from sitting in cucumber salad liquid and nothing was hot.

We stopped in on a rainy afternoon, and were so glad we did! Outdoor seating only was a surprise, but the laid-back atmosphere was fun and comfortable. We ordered a few apps and shrimp tacos — all so good we considered another round! The drinks were top-notch and creative (thanks, Kojo!). This was our favorite stop on a quick trip to St. Pete.
