When I entered the store I was not greeted the workers was sitting around and having unprofessional conversations amongst each other and the smoothie I ordered was not made the correct way it was supposed to be pink and it was yellow it had no fruit taste at all and they was horrible and the smoothie was horrible I do not

The staff is very helpful and friendly at this location. But I find it disappointing that Tropical Smoothie Cafe "hides" that added sugar is added to almost every smoothie (except the green detox). For each smoothie on their menu board, they list out what fruit / ingredients are in it but conveniently leave out the added sugar. You have to read small print at the bottom of the menu to learn this. Super misleading. And also, why would a fruit smoothie need added sugar?! If Tropical Smoothie doesn't want to be a "healthy" smoothie cafe, then don't market as one and be transparent about the added sugar. Also, the peanut butter in the smoothies contains hydrogenated oils, salt, and sugar.

They didn't answer their phone so I ordered online. I ordered 2 meals with smoothies which would drop the price of the smoothies from 6.99 to 4.99. I was charged full price for the smoothies. Then when I picked up the food the worker Marquita would not refund my $4 or give me a complimentary smoothie. I won't be

Great quick and healthy meal. The staff was efficient and friendly. When my son wants fast food, this is a great healthy alternative. He likes the banana and peanut butter flatbread.Dietary restrictions: They don’t guarantee gluten free for celiacs but their açaí bowl without granola is all whole ingredients.
Counter was filthy with smoothie juice all over it..Lazy , young workers..Not sanitized at all..Older short white lady was making food and rubbing nose at the same time..People make sure you watch who makes your food or make your own at home !

I’m tired of employees not being able to hear me because they don’t know how to keep their apple air pods out their ear at work. The two girls working were snotty with their attitudes and being extremely slow for only one other person being in the store with me.
