The staff did a wonderful job serving about 20-25 men from my Men’s ministry on a Friday night. There were around 20 brothers that showed up around the same time and they handled us with calm and care. The food and smoothies were excellent. Thanks!

Employees were super rude and immature. Went in two hours before closing and they insisted that they weren’t doing any food or drink and was denying service I would appreciate if the manager could reach out and if I could get corporate number. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. If I would give no stars I would

I said no Parmesan crisp, so they put extra? Check your food before leaving. They had 10 people working and not one person who could get this right.- tried to go back and give them a chance and they can’t even fill my cup to what I paid for. At this point let robots do it

Poor service and major attitude from one of the employees. Total lack of management. Don't bother eating here. Asked for napkins to clean up a mess the employee made and she ignored me. Service was slow compared to other locations.

This is by far the worst tropical smoothie I’ve ever been to. They don’t listen to your online orders and follow instructions. They are slow and slacking. Super disappointing

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! Every time I come to this location they never serve acai bowls. They claim that “they’re not doing it that day”. Ironic that they would just stop serving an item on the menu for a day but okay. Not once has it happened to me but a total of 4 times I wish I was joking when I say this. NEVER will I ever come back to this location

Very upset of the horrible experiences husband and at this store . Cynthia or the cashier at as called 4 times to take orders and she refused. The lobby was completely full and she still never came. The your man that was making the smoothies kept says sorry and stated there was no manger at the store. I am sorry we are not ever going to this one again. We rather driver further to the 34th st north store to get better service

I had the most disappointing experience at Tropical Smoothie today. Not only did employee Cynthia or India (I couldn't tell who was who amidst the chaos) refuse to come to the front to take orders, but there was also no manager in sight to address the issue. Instead, a child was left to fend for himself, attempting to make smoothies while begging Cynthia or India to take orders. My wife and I were so appalled by the lack of management that we had to take our business elsewhere. Until they have someone capable of running the show, I strongly advise against visiting this location. It's clear that kids can't manage themselves, let alone a smoothie shop.

Just wanted to say everyone at this location is doing a fantastic job. They were pretty busy and customers were constantly asking if their items were ready (customers need to have some patience) but the entire team handled it so well. Kudos to you guys!

There needs to be a clean house here. And hire new staff to re-train. They’re all lackluster, in the clouds. You will wait a very long time here and even longer if you make an online order.
