We came from Massachusetts with strict orders from friends try this food truck. And I cannot tell you how incredibly happy we are to have been able to check it out.
Ray is not just an unbelievable cook. He was welcoming, kind, and opened my eyes to food truck cuisine. We are going back before we leave and returning when we visit St. Pete again.

Some friends and I were in Orlando for a few days and were referred to Ubuntu by friends back home in Boston, who told us we had to stop by this food truck. The weather wasn’t the best and we had some time to kill, so we took the hour-and-a-half drive to St. Pete—and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint.
