OMG!!! The Amalie fries that Patrick made were BOMB!!! Highly recommend??? Patrick, I don’t know what you did or how you made them but they were PERFECT!!! They were crispy, light, the perfect balance of saltiness, and very good! Highly recommend if you’re in the Dunedin area?

Incredible food! We got the pulled pork fries and the rapture sandwich. The fries were sweet and a bit tangy. It was a great combination and the sandwich was the perfect amount of crispy. Delicious

Visited Pee Pa brewery and decided to get some food from the food truck on location. Highly disappointed. Pork fries had excessive salt and I usually like my food salty. Our friends ordered truffle fries and wings. They were out of truffle seasoning so they got regular fries but the wings were not good and were thrown away. Waste of money. 2 stars is very generous.
The curry crab Rangoon is outstanding (or tittays.. if you ask my boyfriend) !! Absolutely check them out! We had the pulled pork fries as well, and they were great!

We had Ubuntu Food Truck yesterday and was amazed at the quality of food we received. I usually don't expect much from food trucks, but Ubuntu has the best tasting steak hoagies and wings I have had since I moved to this area. I highly recommend Ubuntu Food Truck.
