Soooooo delicious! We will definitely be traveling from Sarasota to enjoy this food again, no doubt!

The best vegan food truck!!! The grilled cheese is phenomenal.

This vegan food actually tastes like food! The empanadas are magical.

Found the truck at The Dog Bar tonight and the menu looked great. I've been eating vegan food sporadically for the last several years. This truck does it right. I had their vega-burrito and it was excellent. Vegan food is getting better all the time. So if you're leaning towards vegan food and you see this truck... definitely check it out.

Had one of their Empanadas at a Food Festival and was blown away. I was not vegetarian at the time but had to ask the Chef about the filling. You can taste the classic sofrito, bells, onion, garlic, cilantro but could not believe it was plant based meat.Cannot wait to try thier great Caribbean flavors again.

I love this place. That Vegarosa sauce is so good. The Empanada's were the best!! The owner is cool, and outgoing. Talked to my husband and I. Very cool guy, I like this Foodtruck!! Oh the cookies are the best. Gotta try those!! It's so good to see This in St.Pete!
