Was picking up a doordash order and they never had started the order until i asked someone where I was met with a rude and almost hostile employee where I asked for the cup for our customer

I love WaWa’s, however the woman making the sandwiches was not in a great mood. I asked if she had chorizo sandwiches coming out and she gave me the nastiest attitude and huffed and sighed under her breath several times, so, I told my wife let’s go to another and thank God we did. The store on 9th was AWESOME!!! If you have time, go out there, everyone was pleasant.

Best Wawa in Florida, they always get my food orders right. Very quick and efficient employees with a clear motive. Also a great place to get gas. 5 star wawa location!

This busy Wawa is quiet even though the place is crowded with people grabbing coffee, tea, soda, beer, and breakfast foods on the way to work. I found a great chef salad with a large included balsamic dressing to start my day with a salad and mix and match coffee from the parade of coffees for self serve. I love the ample selection of dairy and non dairy creamers. ROSA was very patient and helpful today as i was slow to get my rewards app working

Went in there for a black and forgot my id so I couldn’t get want I wanted which I can respect that do your job but aleast do it right it was a lady in front of me and she was purchasing cigarettes and the worker didn’t ask to see her if she give it to her with no problem basically they I.d whoever they want to

Service is horrible. No smiles, no thank you, no have a nice day. And dealing with customer issue they take it as a personal attack instead of a mistake was make. Professionalism doesn’t matter. Manager was ever reasonable.

I go to wawas all the time and I love wawas but PLEASEEEE I need better staff making the coffees and drinks at this location specifically. Wawas coffee is delicious and they do a huge dis-service to the quality for the price. It is consistently really bad, like old super watered down coffee with no flavor and not at all comparable to the other surrounding locations. Everything else great though but I need the right person to see this and figure out the disparity because it’s my local one.

I don’t know what it is about this Wawa and rude, obnoxious employees, but if you like getting in and out of places without overstimulation, this is not your Wawa.
1. Every single time I’ve ordered lunch or dinner here (which is not often, maybe once a month in a pinch), my order manages to get messed up. I don’t make a stink about it because I’m not a Karen, but if I’m paying extra for a pack of sour cream, why is it so hard to give it to me? I’ve lost at least $2 worth of sour cream packets in the last year.
2. Employees are always being loud and rambunctious way too early in the morning. I am a bit more frequent with ordering breakfast here because there’s usually not a lot of people and it *should* be quiet. I am neurodivergent and get overstimulated easier than most. So why at 5 in the morning are employees practically yelling and being loud with one another or with customers encouraging them to be loud too?!?! I finally asked for the woman working the food area’s name because she was being loud with two customers and they started yelling because of her encouraging them to tell someone she should get a raise. Jaylen is LOUD. It is way too early in the morning for someone to be this obnoxious. It sounds mean but it is true, and it’s usually her serving me recently. I have had to deal with this every time she is here.
It should not be a huge ask to have employees please lower their tone and not encourage other people to be loud too. I almost don’t even want to come back because of the overstimulation at 5, 6, 7 in the morning that shouldn’t even be a problem.

Second time I placed my milkshake order through the app, arrived, and sat in my spot waiting for it to be carried out, as i requested in the app. I had to go in 10 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready and have them remake the now melted milkshake because no one brought it out. They say that I am the only one this has happened to. Tonya then brought it out to me and said nothing and turned around and walked away.

No complimentary cup of ice with the purchase of a 1/2 gallon of lemonade.
All cups have to be purchased at the counter.
The markups is 1,000% (one thousand percent) even if half of the cups were shoplifter Wawa would still make a profit...and it is impossible to steal from a thief...such as for instance...Wawa.

This complaint is geared towards the deli and beverage sections of the store. The people there do not care about their job and it's apparent. Whether you are ordering, or going in there yourself to pick up. Please hire new people or retrain, but I never get what I pay for, I always have to go back, or just take the loss. This wawa has gotten me for over $100 in items I never received but paid for
