a sharp decline in quality has taken place at this location over the last ~6 months. The boneless wings are mostly burnt breading with a lack in sauce to even attempt to cover it up. True disappointment.

Worst dine in experience ever in a zaxbys by far, out of fruit punch and Powerade when I asked if they had more they just gave me what they had left instead of changing it out , waiting 35 minutes for my food then she hands it to me in a to-go box when I said it’s for here. Then I was given two cards for a free meal if I purchased again lol I’m like I’m not spending more money at a place you have to wait 35 mins for your food so I traded a card for a dessert only gave me two little baby cookies like a child I felt like I was a burden. NEVER GOING BACK TO ANY ZAXBYS , LOST MY BUSINESS FOR SURE. Just UNACCEPTABLE!! DO BETTER ZAXBYS !!

Went here on my lunch break around 1:20, waited 12 minutes for food. When I got there there was only 1 other car ahead of me who immediately got their stuff and left, and there was no one to follow me for about 5 minutes. Around 4 cars came up and all got their food in the other 7 minutes I had to wait. People even went inside during my waiting period and got their food and I had to wait. I ordered 4 chicken tenders. I understand it takes time to make the food, but I could hear and see what other people were getting and it was still chicken like I was. The food was fresh, but it took so long that my break was over so it was basically a waste of money. When I went to ask for a refund, they magically appeared with the food.

Probably the worst Uber eats experience. Spent $80 on food and was given: old dry boneless wings, nasty cheese curds that taste like old oil, a burnt grilled cheese, and drinks with no straws. What was missing: 3 nibbler sandwiches and three chicken tacos. The main portions of the entire dinner missing. Tell me you don’t care about the quality of your food or the customer service you provide…

I gave a 5 star because the girls are very nice. I get service with a smile, but the food sometimes is cold, and the French fries are soggy, and I get a 1/2 a salad when I paid for a full salad, not half.

Parking: There is plenty of parking space for dining in or pick up.
