Me and my girlfriend recently ordered here after a long day through the app with curbside pick up and we waited 15+ minutes on our food without any update. I went in to ask about it and it was just sitting at the online pick up area. I understand if it’s too busy to deliver our food out to curbside pick up but then the location shouldn’t offer it as an option as now we have cold and soggy food because of the negligence.

Ordered online, only for the order to be 20 minutes past the given time. Made us pull out of the drive thru and wait. Drinks weren’t even right. Multiple drive thru customers got their orders before ours. Around 10pm.
