Tried the Cuban lager. Smooth light beer with a good taste. Nice little bar with inside seating and outdoor patio. Caught a double rainbow across the way while we were there:) cheers
As a local and a beer lover, I can confirm that this is the best brewery in Key West. It's on Stock Island, but it's worth the short drive over the bridge or cheap Uber ride. You can also order Roostica pizza and they will bring it to you at the bar.

Very chill place with great beers! After ten years living in Key West, I'm glad to say we finally have a real brewery in Key West (Stock Island). I've tried many of their brews, and enjoyed many of them. I'm a dark beer kinda person and Cayo has already sold me on two dark beers that they currently brew. Love the symbiotic relationship they have with Roostica next door; we ordered pizza, had it delivered and ate it, all while sitting at the bar sipping on beers at Cayo Hueso. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The owner/brew master, is equally welcoming and takes great pride in his passion.
