We had car trouble and were stranded nearby so we made the trek to wait, cool off and eat because we were hangry. The server for our table was so kind, empathetic to our plight and genuinely wished up luck when we left.
I had a mushroom Swiss burger and got the extra mushrooms I requested. As always, the fries are a treat. My wife’s shrimp fajitas were seasoned well and made “sharing” really great. Service was top notch with our server being a bit of a comedian
I have not been at Chili’s in over two years, stopped in this afternoon for a lunch and had one of The top notch hamburgers I have ever had. Super staff, great customer service. I think Chili’s is my go to from now on. The manager was so pleasant and came over to each table to greet them and ask them how their meal was. That goes a long way.
