Terrible, my food was inedible because the rice was so hard! How do you even serve that to costumers!! Chicken tasted like a pound of salt…Very disappointing

Drove 30 minutes to the nearest location. Didn't have chicken, beans were just a bowl of juice..so no beans either, no peppers or onions. Had 45 minutes until close. Find new management. This store actually used to be good. Whoever is running it has turned it into a gross know off Taco bell. DO BETTER. Will tell everyone I know to avoid this location at all cost.

Worst Chipotle location ever.Never have enough utensils to finish the night. I've been there twice recently and had to go next door for utensils and napkins. Sent my kids there to get food and the first time they were out of chicken.

I came at 8:00 with a closing time of 11:00. They were out of salad dressing without telling me so before I ordered a salad and paid for it. They were out of cilantro, onions, corn. The employees were all extremely frustrated and as a result we're unpleasant. When asked about where the salad dressing was, they had no excuses or solutions. They didn't even offer to credit back the meal. I'm thinking this is the spirit airlines of restaurants. I think this would be my last time here as this is the second time I had a similar experience. Last time, I chocked it up to being at 10:00 which was an hour before their closing. They don't have the same excuse as I've come in 3 hours before closing. Also, the place was an absolute mess. The countertops were disgusting and the plastic in front of the food was so bad that you couldn't see through to see what it is that you were ordering.

They really need to work on their customer service skills at this location. These young kids need better manners and learn how to interact with people. I’m surprised more fast food places haven’t adopted the chic filet playbook. They run out of items often and the over all restaurant could be cleaner. Based on the recent reviews you would management would step up their game.

Food: Good flavor. You won't have any surprises at checkout if you order online.I think management should make an effort to improve the pick-up process. The idea is that you order online and then just pick it up, but the way the order delivery process is designed does NOT help at all. The customer arrives and must wait for the cashier to clear up and then they can look for the order.March 23, 2024.It is the first time we have picked up an order and realized that it is incomplete. It is obvious that there was NO order review process before shipping our order.To make matters worse: the rice was RAW!!!!It had to be thrown away.The beans didn't have any seasoning, just a little bit of spice. It also went in the trash.I don't know if they were short staffed or if the young people who were working today are not competent for that job.I hope management takes a good look at what is happening.

Typically our bowls are really good but this time something was off. I’m usally not one to complain but our food tasted sour. I thought maybe it was too much lime but I noticed it might have been the sour cream. We threw the bowls out and quickly after I started feeling sick. Currently sick over the toilet. Not very happy.

I did an online order and it’s probably the worst chipotle I ever had. I got a bowl I ask for extra rice and cheese I didn’t get that, the bowl was so light and the rice, the meat and chips didn’t have salt. My chips was stale no salt or lime. Never coming back to this

I work in the plaza and frequent this location. Today was not good. Customer ahead of me was complaining about portion size and I thought he was being rude. But when is my turn I have to agree, it was ridiculous. Barely any rice cheese or chicken. Someone on the line could barely speak English, and when I asked for a little bit of hot sauce, she put an entire scoop, making it almost inedible. Rice was hard and likely held over from the previous day. Need to do better.
