Chipotle Mexican Grill is a fast food restaurant that offers good flavor in their food. This location has shown improvements in customer service, with some staff members being friendly and well-trained. However, there are still challenges, such as running out of items like white rice, which can slow down service. While online ordering can be a hassle, especially when customers have to wait for the cashier, the manager is often present to maintain quality. Many customers appreciate when the rice, beans, and proteins are fresh, making for the best bowl ever. Although cleanliness can be an issue at times, this location is considered better than others in the area, with some customers noting that staff members do a decent job of keeping the options stocked. Overall, there are positive experiences, but continued focus on service and food availability is necessary.
