District has to be in your date night rotation. My wife and I showed up on a busy Saturday night with no reservation and were seated immediately. Our server Jon was attentive and friendly. He explained both the drink menu and food menu so well, that I wanted to order one of everything. Everything we ordered was out of this world. The cherry on top of a delicious meal was the horchata ice cream.Be prepared to spend a little more than usual, not because District is overpriced, but because everything is so good you’ll order multiple plates.

If you are debating going to District, don't, just go! I don't know why we do not frequent this place more, everything is so amazing! We started with our usual, street corn, which is definitely a large portion and the best I have ever had! We also tried two new to us items, the marrow bone and the pork bun! Both were great, the marrow bone would be better served with a crispier bread and the pork bun was also great but maybe a tad less aïoli. I rarely branch out at any restaurant and per usual I ordered the Prime Teres Major, which is just phenomenal. The steak, the fries, the gravy and even the spinach is perfection. However, I did have a nibble of my husband's sweet tea fried chicken and I might just throw a curve ball on my next visit! The breading is light and crispy, the meat is that wonderful word, MOIST, and the sides... mmmmm. AND DO NOT FORGET THE SOUFFLÉ!! Warm, yummy lemony goodness! All around perfection. Oh yeah, the bartenders are top notch also and so are their drinks! Don't debate, get going!

Big papa tony’s pie was ordered and arrived on a flat board. It was placed in front of customer, grease and sauce immediately poured off board, onto customer, staining clothing and making entire dinner for 4 very difficult and uncomfortable. We were given paper towels to clean the mess.No apology, partial refund, drink, dry cleaning service was even mentioned as any honest, credible, establishment would do as a courtesy. But instead, customer was considered at fault.Disgusting, totally, dishonestcustomer service. It took countless phone calls and messages to finally waste our time speaking with a “manager” who happened to pick up the phone. The manager stated that her staff informed her that it was the customer’s fault, therefore she did not even consider informing customer by return phone call. I had to continue to pursue the issue.Obviously, we will never return and are passing along to friends in our entire condo building, the many reasons to stay away from district. It is a waste of time and money. Unacceptable!

Had dinner at the bar last night, incredible time with the wife. Had the bone marrow - unbelievable. Wife had the Wedge - she loved it. Armand took exceptional care of us, awesome cocktails, I don’t think he stopped smiling and no matter how busy it got and it got very busy. Rest of the staff was working hard. Other bartenders were also great. Will be back any time we’re in the area.

This creatively awesome restaurant is a 5 star gem. Located in an old bank, their heartwarming interior welcomes you to a farm-to-table menu highlighting seasonal selections that will make your mouth water. When I asked our waitress "what's special on the menu tonight," she quickly replied that "everything's special!" Indeed, this is true! The attentive awareness of all staff makes you feeling taken care of but not bothered with interruptions. And for desert? Nothing more memorial than their unique offering of toasty-warm-from-the-kitchen donuts the scent of which will still be with you when you awake the next morning.
