I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor and unprofessional service my family experienced at King Neptune Restaurant yesterday.
What should have been a pleasant family meal turned into a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience due to the behavior of our server.

By far the best we have tired! we always been wanting to try this place since we moved here 5 years ago and finally did! it's definitely small and cute inside reminds of a little Ma and Pa place which we love! Very impressive with the food delivery it was quick and fast and our waiter he was awesome! The oysters were so fresh and the peel n eat shrimp is amazing too! Definitely can't wait to go back! service, food and atmosphere 100% recommend! The staff is all very friendly too!
Hire better staff. Train them properly. Adhere to ADA guidelines. Don’t upset customer by escalating issues. The food was only ok! Service was intolerable. Boycott this place until they make it handicap accessible. I will not be back!
