Ordered Delivery through first watch website. They sent me the wrong food, no problem. They refuse to send me a replacement unless I came to pick it up. Which obviously. I ordered delivery for a reason. The only option they gave me was to issue a refund. Cool. Then the child of a manager said and I quote…..you should have the funds back in like a week. Very professional Theresa. A weeks wait for a refund on food they made wrong.
