Absolutely delicious coffees and teas! I had the Orange mocha, which was a new twist on my favorite coffee drink and was not too sweet but definitely had a nice orange floral flavor! My niece was kind enough to let me taste her raspberry matcha, and it was really smooth and delicious. Mind you I'm not a matcha guy, and I would totally order that! My wife and other niece had chai lattes and both were full of spice and flavor. Everyone was happy and enjoyed everything. We will definitely be back to Gilberts. Another thing to note it is right on a marina so if it's not too hot out a stroll on the dock or breakfast overlooking the water is a great idea!

The atmosphere is top-notch, seating is excellent, decor is very nice and unique, and the Mexican mocha was one of the best espresso drinks I’ve ever tasted. Look forward to coming back for more coffee and relaxation. Staff were very friendly.

I really love this coffee shop — it’s charming, the coffee is great, and the location is perfect. However, my friends and I had a disappointing experience this morning due to poor customer service. The woman working at the counter was unexpectedly rude to us. I accidentally picked up the wrong drink, and instead of handling it calmly, she abruptly snatched it from my hands and responded in a very unfriendly manner. Later, when I politely asked her to repeat something she said, her tone was again quite rude. I understand it was early in the morning, but I don’t believe anyone deserves to be treated that way.

Gilbert’s Coffee Bar is a hidden gem in Stuart! I stop by every time I’m in town. It’s right on the water with a beautiful view and the coziest atmosphere. The staff is always friendly, the vibe is relaxed, and the food is amazing.
I love grabbing a coffee or juice and working from one of the little tables. Their avocado toast is a favorite of mine, but the muffins and sweet toasts are incredible too (my boyfriend always goes for those!).
On weekends, it’s the perfect spot to meet a friend or a special little coffee date. Grab a coffee drink, sip a glass of Prosecco and unwind by the water. It’s a small place, and parking can be a bit tricky—but it’s 100% worth it. Highly recommend!
