I had the Asiago bagel w / chicken, avocado & BLT. It came with 2 orders. It was a cold sandwich but delicious. I went back to counter and ask If it could be warmed up? She wasn't able due to sanitary reason. As I was eating it, trying to hold it all together, I was approached by an employee. She had given me a new sandwich heated up. That was the sweetest thing anyone has done for me. I was so appreciated and overwhelmed.
I ordered the cinnamon roll, they changed how they make it, it was like a hard biscuit on the out side and smaller than what I used to order. It used to be my favorite item, I've ordered it for years, never again
Losing a star because of the cackle of hyenas preparing the food. The food was great, but I heard them judging me and laughing at me for ordering a caramel latte. It was around 7pm on 4/4/24. Not the usual time for a coffee, but the cashier said nothing about a time cut-off time for coffee. I got my coffee and it was good, but the manager needs to have a talk with the staff. That experience was unpleasant.
