We had an early dinner tonight. We were pleasantly surprised by the service, our waiter Roberto was very attentive. We started with pisco sours which were well prepared. The appetizers were good, the main courses delicious. I had the special of the day Risotto with Scallops, the scallops were one of the best I have ever eaten. My friend and I went last night for HH and sat at the bar. We had the most wonderful bartender, Josh! He was incredibly welcoming and when deciding on a cocktail, he asked what my tastes were and recommended the perfect thing! He even adjusted the sweetness to my taste. The apps were great too. Will definitely be back!
This is a lovely place for a glass of wine, a nice bite, or some nice music. Great ambience and decor, they've done a fabulous job! Can't wait to go back!

Pez Vela Fusion Kitchen is a different and worthwhile restaurant with a great atmosphere. It offers an Asian Spanish mix from a chef from Peru, providing quality beef or seafood. The sushi options are super creative, really good, and pass the fresh test. Specific items like the El frito and various sushi rolls are must-tries. The salmon is also noted as good, though some rolls have been salty.
The space is in a small plaza with a great bar and an inviting, warm, and spacious inside and outside configuration with a very modern design. It has a much better, relaxed vibe and great ambience, making it a great new go-to date night spot.
The excellent staff is charismatic, attentive, and helpful, paying attention to detail. They know the menu well, including specialty drinks like a clase Azul tequila drink, and there are weekly and daily specials like BOGO on Thursdays. The experience is always amazing and memorable, making it a favorite restaurant worth checking out and highly recommending.
