order last night, my gf went to pick it up, they had nothing we ordered, gave her such a hassle, refused to give the refund, the manager was rude on top of that, they said call corporate and corporate said they will request the store give a refund, the manager on duty should be fired for causing so much problems last night, a simple phone call saying "hey this is Stuart pollo, we are currently out of your order, please do this" definitely recommend that people do not support them...read full review
The food is good - BUT make sure that all the purchased items are in the takeout bags!!!
We found out at home that 4 items were missing.
It sucks to then have to make ANOTHER 45 minute round trip to return to the store, pick up the missing items, and then return home to finish dining.
The person at the counter NEVER APOLOGIZED!!!
