As a daily customer of this Starbucks, it was certainly unfortunate to have experienced such poor customer service this morning. Arrived at 7:20 to find the doors locked (after the app said I couldn’t order ahead). I knocked on the door (there wasn’t their usual note); an employee approached but clearly ignored me as she gathered supplies from the cupboard - I continued to knock and no response…she was maybe 3’ away from me. To that employee - shame on you - it costs nothing to be a decent human being, acknowledge someone’s presence, and you simply couldn’t rise to the occasion.

Last visit I tried the cranberry bliss bar, just as good as bacon gruyere egg cups. There isn't anything bad about Starbucks.

Very disappointed. Ordered hot coffee and it came lukewarm. Went back to have it heated and was told a new one would be made. Waited and it never came. Just had them reheat the one I had. Behind the counter is absolutely filthy. Spilled drinks all over the counter. One of the workers had on a filthy tshirt which really made me want to walk out. Music was so loud you couldn't hear the person you're with. Health department needs to make a visit. I will not be back to this location.

This Starbucks location building and land are way too small for the numerous customers who choose this shop. The parking lot is mobbed with lines of vehicles standing and waiting to get into the main drive through line. Not only is your time taken up with waiting for the main drive through line, if you want to go inside, you don't dare park in their parking lot or you'll be unable to leave without problems. I've had to park many times in other business's lots to avoid getting blocked. Always a hassle.

Ordered a gingerbread latte today. Worst drink I’ve ever had, absolutely no flavor at all. Tasted like warm water and milk. Won’t ever go back. Would rate zero stars if I could.
I’ve always noticed the coffee was hot and miss here and when I saw them getting coffee shortly after starting the pot while it was brewing I understood.

So glad this isn't my home Starbucks. Came here because I was in the area and they were drowning in tickets. I paid, waited 15 mins and left my drink... Never had to leave a paid drink behind.

Starbucks at Monterey rd in stuart is the best! They beat cove road in all categories any day. I drove the extra couple miles to get away from lousy Cove rd & I was not disappointed. Drink was made perfectly, egg bites were delicious, and the customer service was amazing. They had everything out in a timely manner, addressed me by my name, and offered a straw. Such a refreshing change. I think the sweet ladies name was alia, she had short hair.

Love this Starbucks location. The food & drinks are always good and the staff are always friendly! Kathy, Mike, and another lady (when I find out her name I will add it in here) are always amazing with smiles on their faces. Happy to have a Starbucks so close to me with great service!
