I usually have a great experience at this Starbucks location, but tonight I went to to pick up a drink for someone for tomorrow morning since they do not have time to get there before they get to work. I asked for NO ice and what I was handed was a cup roughly half full of ice. I know that they add ice to make the drink, but if someone asks for no ice just try not to put the entire thing ice.
