This review is for the take out pizzas only, if you sit down and eat, it’s unbelievably amazing, the service is great, even the water tastes purified.
They have a BOGO pizza deal if you call in, we have done this a few times now because it’s a good deal to feed the family when we don’t want to cook. Tonight and one night last week we got 4 pizzas with pepperoni and black olive. Last week I thought the pizza tasted kind of weird but I was super hungry so I ate it anyway. T
onight.. the pizza tastes the same type of “weird” but x1000 from last week and upon tasting each individual ingredient, the olives are almost inedible, they even smell bad. On top of that, sometimes the restaurant will be so overwhelmed with take out orders and regular service, you end up standing there staring at your boxes of pizza behind the register for over 10 minutes while 7 different people tell you they’ll “be right with you”. I reallyyyy liked this place when we sat down there, and want to recommend maybe doing away with the BOGO pizzas if you can’t keep up with the quality or the take out orders to keep people like me from getting a bad taste about the restaurant as a whole.
Great atmosphere, prices are decent, food has been great . Was not a fan of the fish , but I'm from New England and have yet to find a great fish n chips.
The employee Debbie was one of the rudest I have ever encountered. No matter how good the food i refuse to be treated as such. Sean the manager was apologetic but this is how you lose business.
Francesco is my favorite Italian restaurant. The food is always so well seasoned.
I recently visited this restaurant for Father’s Day with a party of seven. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I was excited to try the lasagna, which turned out to be quite flavorful and satisfying. Most of my family members enjoyed their dishes as well, so the food was definitely a highlight.
However, the service left much to be desired. We had a couple of unfortunate incidents during our meal that overshadowed the experience. At one point, a waiter passed a plate over our table and accidentally spilled water on us. Later, a waitress accidentally spilled hot coffee on my sister while trying to serve her. While the manager did come over to check on her, I was disappointed that they didn’t offer to remove the coffee from her bill or provide any compensation without her having to request it.
Overall, while the food was enjoyable, the service mishaps significantly affected our experience. I hope they can improve their service in the future.
Had luncheon there with a total of 6 all separate bills. 2 people paid via cash while others paid by card. We all had NOA on our bill. Looked it up thinking it was for those that pay by credit card, however cash paying was billed as well. So not sure. Also, on my bill I crossed out tip because I paid by cash for tip and I also put a note on side of receipt that I gave cash, well they added that on my total. Lucky for the waitress for getting tipped 2x.
The pizza was the best pizza I've ever tasted. Incredible flavor. Great crust texture.
We were a party of eight. We were all pleased at the food (pizza, pastas, salads, and dessert). However, the fried calamari was extremely rubbery.
The atmosphere is typical of an Italian restaurant, combined with the aroma of garlic and cheese with freshly baked bread.
The server was pleasant and adequate. However, she had to be reminded numerous times for items lacking at the table (bread, condiments, plates, dessert menus). Unfortunately, the tips reflected the service.
I'm sure in time she'll hone her skills.
Definitely, I'll be back.
Pizza is the best that we've had in the area. Soup was just warm.
