First, let me say that I am a long time Jimmy John's patron, to multiple locations across the United States. So when the Summerfield, FL location opened about 2 minutes from my home I was excited. My 8 year old daughter loves Jimmy John's so it became a Sunday staple of eating sandwiches and watching animated movies. But then it started to get bad. Delivery orders would take 90 minutes, or they would have no delivery driver but neglect to tell me. I would have to call, wait on hold, talk to a flustered employee and end up with a bad attitude and disdain for that location. Then, and this is the kicker, the app would say the location is open but the store would be closed and no one would help with retrieving my held money for the order. I waited 2 weeks for a return on one order. And then an employee there threatened me over the phone and the manager did nothing. The most recent event was when I went to call the store on 11/16/2024, the line just disconnected immediately. I just wanted to check and see if they had a delivery driver, but the app also said this location was not accepting orders. When you Google the Summerfield, FL location online it says that it's still open...but when? There's so many more stories I can tell about this place but just to put this whole thing into perspective, I was emailed by a Jimmy John's representative by the name of Michael Baszis over this debacle and told "This location is an independently owned and operated franchise location, so the employer is that store's owner and not this office, Jimmy John's Franchise, LLC. I forwarded your feedback to the owner of that store." Trashy place, trashy employees and a trashy owner.

This will be my 3rd time having Jimmy John’s… previous 2 times were ordered to go while in store and this last time was walk-in and eat there…. All 3 times the food was skimpy on meat and cheese…. And for the price that’s sad that Subway gives you more product for a crappy place… but the main complaint is the last 2 times where females who didn’t seem like they cared that we were PAYING customers and it was like they had other things to do besides work…. But this last visit today 11/17 there was a blonde curly haired kid seemed to be by himself and NO customers in store, and we asked for what we wanted to order and seems like we bothered him, god forbid he does his job. Then as we are eating he’s playing loud rap or whatever bullshit music while we were trying to eat. This place needs to reconsider who they hire and represent the interest of the company.

Very Rude young lady behind the counter. Her attitude makes Subway sound delicious. I'd rather see her unemployed than eat another sandwich from this location. This is why Publix has lines and JJs has health code violations.

Stingy portions of everything on a tiny "large" sandwich! Couldn't find the avocado...asked girl & she said I put a little spoonful under the cheese. If you look you'll find it! Our sandwiches tasted like the pre-made ones at a gas station. Worst sub shop we've ever tried! It was our first & our last time there.
