We called ahead to order two (2) medium Pepperoni Pizzas and said that we would be there to pick them up within 15 minutes, which we were. My wife commented on how HOT the boxes were and they were much hotter than usual. When we opened them at home we both said: "that they looked dry and had been prepared well in advance." My wife added extra cheese on them in order for us to eat them. Therefore, we don't plan on returning for a long time. Mr. & Mrs. Sam Williams

Just a terrible experience. Stated no pepperoni guess what on my pizza. The mushrooms were horrible. I ordered pickup no one came out. My husband had to go in. I will never order from Pizza Hut again.
Food was hard and cold when delivered. Barely any cheese on them. Seem to be in a hurry to get you off the phone. Day people are much better than the evening people.
