I haven’t had Subway in over a year, I decided to get a Roast Beef footlong. The Sub had no taste. The quality of the meat and cheese is poor. I’ll stick with the other sub shops.

Placed a mobile order and both sandwiches were made poorly with the wrong ingredients, this is about the 3rd time this has happened and this specific one. Most likely will not be returning.

I don’t have too much a problem with this Subway comapred to others except.. its unsanitary. There are flies galore in there and it’s disgusting. That itself is probably a violation with how these bugs walk all over the food and it seems like nobody cares. There was some other employee there too wiping her nose with her gloves on.. Girl.. You ruined the whole point of the gloves. Please just be more mindful and clean of the people you’re serving FOOD to.

I was in line. It took him over 15 minutes to even get me then when the lady proceeded to take my order, she didn’t change her gloves. She didn’t wash her hands. She touched register touch. She chipped on me went outside and touched the chips on the outside it was just disgusting. I’ll never eat there again. I wouldn’t waste your time. No cleanliness or customer service. They didn’t even say it’ll be a Moment no greeting place sucks. Very shitty It said add more to help people don’t go there

So here I am calling the damn store and they couldn’t answer I was trying to cancel my order but they ain’t answer called about 7 times no exaggeration I finally get to the store then I’m left waiting to pick up my order for about 10 minutes no exaggeration there was a line starting to form when I had to go behind the counter and grab the order myself and she still didn’t notice she was in the back room cutting onions like if there was no one there and didn’t even at least check that this point yall should put a bell there so she can pay attention worst experience of my life as from someone that works at a fast food joint if I could leave 0 star. This is definitely my new go-to location because of the outstanding experience I had here. Popped in at lunchtime and everyone was super friendly, attentive, and helpful. Yummy sandwiches, too!
