Friends recommended we go here when they heard we were visiting Marion market nearby. Otherwise I'm sure we would have overlooked it. So glad our friends told us about it. The photos on here don't do it justice. It was a lovely place and great food. Coffee was served even before you barely sit down, and food served promptly and nice and hot. We had breakfast items (at lunch time) and it was all delicious and presented nicely. We will go again.
I had probably the best tasting pancake I've ever had, and there's scrapple AND porkroll on the menu! I think the scrapple could have been crispier, and at over 5 dollars a serving, thicker. The homefries seemed waterlogged and had no flavor, but the hashbrowns were good. It seems like a very popular local diner.We went after church, and though it was packed when we got there, the wait was just a few minutes.
