Jane is competent and friendly. She will whip up something that will give you a boost through your day and help you cut weight. Prices are very reasonable. If you are in a hurry, she can get you in and out quickly.
The new owners Jane and Rick were so welcoming to my boyfriend and I the other day when we stopped in for some teas. The place looked so clean and I will definitely be visiting again !

I wouldn’t call this place “healthy” other than the teas at most. The whipped cream and other unhealthy toppings makes zero sense in terms of nutrition and health… it seems counterintuitive for someone looking to have healthier habits…
