First time visit. We were excited to have Cuban food up here there aren't any cuban restaurants around the Villages. The cuban sandwich wasn't the best we ever had. They put too much mayo and mustard. Made the bread soggy. Just wasn't what I was expecting for the price. May be that the other menu items are better. I only had the sandwich. I would try something else if I went there again.
Cafe con leche was way too weak, tasted like folgers with milk, maybe watered down for the locals? Cuban sandiwch was OK, has potential for being a great sandwich if they back off on the mayo and work on their ratios. And sin of all sins no Guava pastries or any pastries of any kind, on a Sunday morning???
It happened a few days ago...the little box where it is for take-out is smaller...there is almost no room in it...the girl was not at all pleasant or rather cold...you were talking to her and it seemed that it was not with her...she put the rice ...as if it were more expensive than gold...I liked the food...but I'm not coming back...
