Do not order using touched screen station! Machine says it went through but doesn't give you receipt. Service was slow and I couldnt get employees to verify why my order want showing up in their queue. After 15 mins Manager finally comes out and gives me a lame "it probably didn't go through" so he cant give me what I ordered and couldn't be any .ore dismissive. I have no way to prove either way. Get home and find out I was charged!!! No KFC ever again!!!

Worst service ever. 1st person to be atended.30 min waiting to order.
They were out of most food items. I ended up getting a 2 breast piece meal. Both the pieces of breast were so small they barely equaled the size of a normal piece. Toss in the inflated price for getting food at a travel plaza and it was a horrible deal. Put my hand in the photo for size comparison....

Service was terrible. No food prepared, side items that were visible were just sitting in the open air with NO temp control. Hungry families waiting more than 40 mins for meals. Staff was not professional and did more to discourage customers than to work harder and provide customer service.
