Long wait several kisoks didn't work couldnt customize anything or swap sides take off toppings was ignored when I tried asking attendant

I gave it a one for atmosphere but to be honest with you I always go through drive thru I just hate this place but it's the only KFC in our town the food is good but you always have to wait and I always check my order now because it was always coming out wrong after waiting and waiting and waiting to get a wrong order is frustrating and a lot of nights they close up before the posted times and I'm talking hours not minutes but I'll go back when I want KFC
