I get to eat here a lot since I work nearby. I must say the customer service is always great and they keep the place well kept consistently. Pricing is fair and they serve large portions.

The food is incredible. Made with love, beautifully presented. A lovely date place or meet friends. Don’t miss the bolognese and the Osso buco ravioli! Staff is amazing and Mike genuinely cares about every detail

Rotten service, 1/2 of the menu was unavailable , very very bad service, ask 2 times to prepare the bill for 2 couples . We won't return to this place anymore

So I've honestly been trying to get to this place for the past six months and I totally regret not coming sooner! The bartender Eduardo was very quick and knowledgeable about the wine and GM, Mike was very warm and charming. I had the special of the night, The Tour of Italy...basically 3 of the 5 pastas. Holy cow good! I had the Osso Buco Ravioli (which I had recently somewhere else and this was better), Fiochetti Truffle Pasta and The Lobster Ravioli. All 3 were knock outs! I also had a slice of Amaretto cake for dessert that I devoured in less than 3 minutes. Bottom line... it's a nice atmosphere and delicious food! Win, win. This place is now on my once a week list.

I travel a lot and this Lobster Ravioli easily makes the top 5 things I’ve tasted. A must try for anyone who visits. The staff is great embodying the relaxed Italian pace and pride in their food and attention to quality.

Ok! Food ok! Empty restaurant at dinner time on a Saturday night , a shame cause it is nice and service nice, but food ok and just ok. Great music, but something id missing here

My boyfriend and I had such a great night here! Our waitress went above and beyond for us, she gave us some great recommendations and they did not disappoint. The whole restaurant was very neat and clean, and we appreciate the tranquility and the nice music too. Overall would recommend to everyone I know!

I cannot share the same enthusiasm for this place at some other reviewer‘s have had. When I entered the restaurant I was the only one in the place. that should’ve been some kind of clue. also, no one ever came in during my entire dining experience. Unusual. I had Angus Osso Buco ravioli. I questioned the waiter about this term Angus. I was to understand osso Buco was made of veal not of Angus beef. Was she telling me that this was Angus veal? She came back no saying it was beef. It came with a Pomodoro sauce. Now I know that Pomodoro in Italian means tomato however, it does not mean solely tomato. it is usually with garlic, good olive oil and Italian spices. It tasted like it could’ve been reconstituted out of a Contadina tomato paste can. The filling inside the ravioli had the consistency of baby food. On the positive side the waitress was nice although she was quite chatty with her fellow waitress since there was nobody in the place. I have spent a great amount of time in Italy, I know Italian food. I’m afraid unless this was a one off ,this place is not it.

Service, food, atmosphere were excellent. Got recommendations from the chef. This is a place where I truly true friendliness not fake vibes. Will be back.

So I came here coz a friend recommended it. I walked in at 5 (that's the time they open) I like to go to places early so I can have all the attention :D Anyhow, I received 2 big smiles, one from the lovely Hungarian server of mine and Michael the chef. They made me feel like I belong there. I had the rioja, well, maybe two. But who remembers. I've gotten fresh bread with regular imported olive oil, I've been offered infused olive oil as well. I had the fiochetti truffle pasta, but it worth every penny. I learned from the chef that he makes everything from scratch, even BBQ sauce. That's crazy, you don't find so many places like that. I know this Lil gem is in the plaza and those places has bad reputation, but hey! Parking is freeeeee!!! So sign me up!!! If I would have to rate this place, 5* for the food, 10* for VIVIEN

This reviews / star rating for this business are incredibly misleading. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The food was flavorless and underwhelming. Our server did not even know how to open a wine bottle (we had to do it for her) - we should have known as she wasn't wearing proper attire (she was wearing a sweatpants, a T-shirt, a baseball hat and sneakers). This place is so bad I would not come back even if they paid me. The cherry on top was the 18% included gratuity.

Worst experience. Came with some friends after reading some good reviews. First red flag was that it was in a strip mall. As someone who works in the service industry, I was appalled at the service. Our server, wearing sweatpants, a trucker hat, didn't give a single crap. Couldn't even open a bottle of wine. Food was flavorless, pasta didn't taste fresh. Tiny portions. We were all clearly unhappy. Server avoided the table. Chef finally came out and was like you guys are obviously unhappy, here's 20 percent off. StillInsane how this place exists or manages to stay afloat. Shocking.
