The inside is clean and they are professional. I ordered the bandeja paisa and that plate did not disappoint definitely will be going back to get a little taste of Columbia.

I visited this Colombian restaurant today and, unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. After arriving, we waited about an hour before we were served our drinks, appetizers, and main courses all at once. Meanwhile, another party, who appeared to be quite affluent and arrived in a purple Bentley, was served promptly and with great attention. This disparity in service made us feel like second-class customers, even though we were paying the same prices from the same menu. It truly made us feel like we were placed in the back of the bus. I hope the restaurant will work on providing equal and attentive service to all their guests in the future.

In this place I ate the best tongue in sauce that I have eaten in many years, vibe of visiting Miami from SF and this place is delicious and the service is very good!

Something very bad happened to me in that restaurant, I asked for a grill, when they brought it to me the food was cold, horrible, I told the waiter to bring it hot and that was worse, it seems that what they did with me, they gave me someone's leftovers and they gave me They put the plate on it. Since 3 am I have been vomiting and diarrhea, that place should be closed. I've been feeling bad all day, tomorrow if I continue like this I have to go to the doctor 🏥 it will be to have my stomach pumped. What a bad experience I had! My family and I loved that restaurant and their food. But yesterday, December 31st, my family decided to get some food to share for the New Year. I had called a week in advance to ask what time they were closing on the 31st, and they told me 7 PM.

Yesterday at 4:30 PM, I called to order four picadas, and they told me I needed to go to the store to pay. I also told them I wanted to pick up the food at 6:30 PM (30 minutes before their stated closing time), but they told me no, I had to pick it up at 6 PM because they would be closing at 6:30 PM.

I went to pay for the food and told them I would come back in an hour (at 6 PM), but then they told me no again, insisting I come before 6 PM. It felt like they didn’t want me there, as they kept changing the time and had a bad attitude.

I ended up spending $176 for terrible service. I’m never going back again.

I ate it yesterday with two friends of mine today Ale woke up with stomach ache that never goes away he’s been vomiting all day long, not able to eat again at first, the food was very cold and they had to warm it up. I called the restaurant and told the lady for a solution and she told me nothing we can do about it that’s not good Zero consideration And respect for people that goes to eat there After that, we’re not going back ever again that’s for sure .

Excellent service. Food very well presented. A delicious flavor. Nothing about salt. The Seafood Casserole to die for. Paisa tray, impeccable presentation. One of the best Colombian restaurants. And coming from New York, that says it all. Recommended 💯 %.

The food tastes good but the service of the waitress Rocío was quite average, it is also unpleasant that they charge the 15% service charge by right, when that should not be the case, in addition the administrator was told that the service was Terrible and he got upset with us. I had to get up to ask for a takeaway container because we had already asked for it 3 times and they didn't bring it, I told the administrator and she gave it to me in a bad way.
