This place is beautiful. They have an amazing mural on the wall. We had the waffles, the eggs, the cheese, bacon, pancakes, and everything was amazing. They also have a bakery with homemade breads and pastries, and bagels that we did not try, but they all looked absolutely beautiful. There were two waitresses. Both of them were very attentive, very friendly, and got us everything we needed. I will definitely recommend recommend this place to friends.

My mom and I are on vacation in Miami and were looking for some authentic South American food. The food here was absolutely delicious and the service was wonderful, the food and drinks came out very fast. Our server was Rosa and she was a delight, would highly highly recommend!

Authentic, delicious Columbian restaurant. Do not let the “strip mall” location fool you. Highly recommend.

The truth is that words are not enough, TOO DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE! Today I went to eat something with a friend who was visiting the country, I found that in this restaurant the food is too simple, I have to put a chef's hat on the cooks because I got hair in the food , the service is terrible, my friend only speaks English and I don't know what kind of people they hire because I found that the waitresses didn't know English and have a horrible attitude when addressing someone, they should train them more in customer service and reinforce them with some English to improve the services of the establishment in the future and provide better experiences, seriously, my friend and I are too outraged with the terrible service of this restaurant, I just gave one star because the place is very attractive

Excellent service... very good option to eat Colombian dishes.
It took them a long time to bring the order and when my food arrived something unpleasant came out apart from the fact that the portion was super small, and while I was there I realized that the bosses yell at the employees. The only good thing was the attention of the waiter, nothing else, I definitely would not return

Good food but terrible experience that they forcefully want to force you to give a free tip without it being authorized, having already given a tip, having to go back to fight for a refund, I felt abused

During our trip to Miami it was essential that we tried a whole fried fish at least once. After doing a quick google search, I found Area 57 right across the street from our hotel and saw that they sell fried fish. Perfect! Or so I thought... The picture of the whole fish looks amazing, right? Unfortunately, it was very dry and lacked flavor. In general red snapper is more dry compared to other fish so I kind of saw it coming, but the sauces they provided on the side didn't really make it taste any better. The fried plantains on the side were also just very dry and flavorless. I was pretty disappointed in the meal. Thankfully, it wasn't that expensive and was the only thing we ordered. The service was so-so. Very slow and they didn't check in on us when we needed more water. They weren't busy as there were only 2 other tables occupied. It just seems like a lot of places in Miami have workers that are from South America and don't speak English and because we don't know the language I felt like we received poor service. The girl who took our order didn't understand us so it made the ordering process a little difficult. We ended up getting a different server but they didn't look particularly happy to serve us.
