It is unacceptable that both the men’s and women’s restrooms have been closed for more than 30 minutes while my children and other people are waiting to use them, and no one says anything. I had to raise my voice to be told that they were being cleaned, which is a lie since I have been standing by the restroom doors for 30 minutes, and they have been closed and unattended. Sunny Isles Beach Burger King we have to make this better .

Be careful buying milk there, and the aluminum seal was open not sure if someone tampered with it or not I've been trying to call but no one answers and about the food it was actually good Burger King food nothing big nothing extravagant or out of the ordinary just regular just like the service regular I'm just warning people.

Gross. They don't check the food they send out. I ordered a burger and onion rings, and my onion rings were rock hard and burnt, and of course, i was in the drive-thru and didn't realize it until after i was driving. They have one easy job, and it's at a fast food place, and they can't even get that right.
