Amazing
Another lovely and delicious dinner at H20. We were a party of 8. We ordered many various dishes from appetizers to desserts. All were excellent and enjoyed. Service was perfect. All our meals came out together, which is not easy with that many diners. Desserts are also homemade and delicious. Our favorites were the cheesecake and the spectacular looking key lime pie. Looking forward to returning soon.
Great food, service, and ambieance. The only complain is the convenience fee plus the additional charge if the check is paid with credit card. Not a common practice in the Sunny Isles Beach restaurants. Very bad taste of the experience at the end of the meal.

Based on the reviews, H2O Cafe is a great place to eat, offering authentic Italian cuisine in Sunny Isles. The service is top notch, outstanding, and great, with friendly staff. The atmosphere is very good, cozy, clean, and very well maintained, with dimmed lights and lamps on the tables. The food is delicious, with everything absolutely delicious. Specific dishes mentioned include Veal, meatball and bolognese, Caesar salad with steak, two different risottos, frutti di mare, chicken parm, shrimp with oil and garlic, and pasta pomodoro. The steak was perfectly grilled, incredibly tender, and full of flavor. For dessert, the key lime pie and chocolate lava cake are available. The pasta is not homemade, but the sauce is delicious. The Amarone is great and reasonably priced. The restaurant ended up being the best meal some guests had during a 10-day stay. Highly recommend.
