This place makes good food. Unfortunately, that's where the good part stops. The service is subpar bc they automatically add on what they call a 'service charge', which is just a tip in disguise. It's an automatic 16% for two people. I asked the manager to take it off and he yelled at us, refused to remove it.
An autograt insures that the service will never be as good as it could be. Too bad. I'd skip this place and go elsewhere.
Service just ok.

Honestly what pisses me off other then mentioning above is
I was only with my wife. Just the two of us. When the $100 bill came keep in mind no drinks a 15 percent service charge was added. When I asked why I was told a percent was given to the kitchen staff, another percentage given to the inside staff, and the balance to the waitress. Then they want a tip after that. Baires Grill is an amazing restaurant with fabulous service that many highly recommend. The food is extremely flavorful and cooked well, with steaks cooked to perfection. Specific dishes like the fantastic beef empanada, ricotta ravioli, and rolls with olive oil and vinegar are highlighted. The caprese salad is nice and fresh. Portions can vary, with meat dishes being very generous and beautifully presented, while some items like the fish or certain appetizers are noted as quite small. Some feedback mentions that meat can be slightly under-seasoned or have a weird consistency, and the blood sausage was found to be very weird. The restaurant is small but accommodating. The atmosphere is pleasant with excellent and attentive staff, though some interior elements like the restroom doors appear worn. Prices are reasonable.
