I want to start this off by saying that I do love this store and have had mostly positive experiences when I visit the store. However, I wanted to bring attention to an issue I've observed frequently. The soup kettles frequently are not kept at the appropriate temperature of 140 fahrenheit to prevent bacterial growth.
