When we arrived there was no one at the restaurant, no servers, greeters, not other diners. We had to go back to the hotel reception desk to ask for assistance. A waiter came and seated us and serve red us drinks and took our order. The food was good, but when we needed our water refilled, we had to locate the waiter again. No others diners ever arrived. There is valet parking that is reduced to $5.00 when the restaurant bill is stapled to your car ticket.

This is a great restaurant for groups, with a wide variety of interesting and delicious dishes on the menu to share. The fresh seafood menu items are definitely the way to go, with intriguing and flavorful side dishes to compliment. Do not pass by the octopus ceviche or the baja ceviche, they are amazing! The signature Caracol margarita is also fantastic - tangy and tart, unlike the usual over-sweetened margarita that you are so often served in TX. The atmosphere is lively and...
