food is fire, grilled octopus is to die for
I ordered the chaufa with chicken and it tasted nothing like real chicken chaufa. The potatoes with huancaina sauce also was not even close to what it should taste like. Are these people really Peruvian? I’ve had real great Peruvian cuisine, but what I had tonight was definitely NOT. Never ordering from them again.

INTIMAR Peruvian Restaurant is a nice little spot in Sunny Isles. The service is amazing, marvelous, great, and extraordinary, with staff who are very helpful, sweet, nice, and attentive. The ambiance is absolutely amazing. The food is amazing, marvelous, great, excellent, and outstanding. Specific dishes like the passion fruit pisco sour, lomo saltado, leche de Tigre, and arroz con mariscos are delicious, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. They have a good selection of desserts. It is a place customers keep coming back to and fully recommend.
