Great selection

Most businesses try to incentivize and reward their customers for continued support. This store, however, is different. When they notice that you come in too often, they worry that they're keeping you away from spending money at other nearby businesses.

Yesterday, the cashier pointed out that my bowl of soup was “too full.” There was a potato sitting on top. “We’re going to charge you a 1.5-portion price for this,” she declared. I’m not sure how that’s fair, but okay. One bowl is priced at $8.49 (half a bowl would be about $4.25), yet she charged me an additional $5.9 - which is roughly 70% of the price of a full bowl - all for an extra potato.

I really think this is the owner’s way of saying, “Hey, you come here too much. Look around - there are plenty of other places that need your money. Please, go elsewhere.” And I say, OK!

I love your store very much, a very good selection of products, everything is always very tasty and fresh food. Nice and friendly staff, but today an unpleasant situation happened. The lady couldn’t give me any information on your cakes and pastries, and was giving me a bad attitude. Come to find out that she is also the manager in that store… No customer service and no respect to the people older than her. Never could imagine this happening to me in this store. I bought cake at nearby store.

Ridiculously expensive. Nutella in Costco is $15 for 68oz. Here is $40 for 48oz. If anyone wants to buy Eastern European food, there are two stores in Hollywood, 5 times more affordable.

On December 24, I bought 2 cold smoked fish from your store. After two days everything stank. The fish was stored in the refrigerator, so there is no point in talking about improper storage. The store staff is very rude.

But! Good gentlemen - what about the prices? It is clear that inflation and so on, but almost $27 for 6 pancakes??! Yes, for exactly 6 pancakes by weight. You're either blatantly screwing people over, or you're putting up the wrong price tags, but in any case, it's chaos. Owners, managers - dig around there, maybe you will find your conscience?)
