The food is amazing. The service sucks. I have been there three times and it is always the same, long wait and grumpy service.I wish the service could improve because I love their food.If you are planning on going just be prepared to wait a long time, besides that enjoy the delicious food.
The worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant, I can't believe the lack of professionalism that these people have in serving their customers. It was my first time going to the restaurant but it was a terrible mistake. I couldn't order because of the long wait. Ordered chicken shawarma to go and this is what I found when I got home… no sauce, almost 0 gram of chicken meat, shawarma looked so skinny and it wasn’t even toasted. I ate cuz I paid $18, but that was the worst shawarma (if tbh then food) I ever had. So

Loved this place. They were super nice and kid friendly. They gave off a European vibe with the outdoor seating. The staff was friendly and shared good recommendations. The food was a good value for the price, good portions. I got a kabob with a lafa, salad and dipping sauce. The real standouts from the meal were the mushroom hummus and the eggplant chimmichuri. Would recommend ?.

Food is not good, and the service is awful. Owner is rude and the server is beyond that. ....I had a small soup and my partner had a schnitzel sandwich, our bill was $50. Service charge included. The service was what truly upset us….we asked for cups of water and our table was served 1. Our food tossed on our table , we had to hound down the server for napkins and other basics. Then we were given attitude for doing her job, while there was only one other party in the establishment. Overall service is insanely uncomfortable.Wouldn't go back or recommend to anyone. Motek is a way better alternative at the mall.
