Food was ok. Had much better. The portion sizes are Tiny. Service terrible. Owner smokes a few feet away. And they add 18% gratuity which I would have never paid due to their terrible service

The food is amazing. The service sucks. I have been there three times and it is always the same, long wait and grumpy service.I wish the service could improve because I love their food.If you are planning on going just be prepared to wait a long time, besides that enjoy the delicious food.
The worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant, I can't believe the lack of professionalism that these people have in serving their customers. It was my first time going to the restaurant but it was a terrible mistake. I couldn't order because of the long wait. Ordered chicken shawarma to go and this is what I found when I got home… no sauce, almost 0 gram of chicken meat, shawarma looked so skinny and it wasn’t even toasted. I ate cuz I paid $18, but that was the worst shawarma (if tbh then food) I ever had. So

NuNuNu - is a NoNoNo Wow, the menu says comes with two sides but the waitress makes her own rules and gives only one side. When questioned she says that is the way it is - only one side. The food was actually good (not great) but the service was terrible. Two other tables were complaining about not getting what the menu advertised and another saying they were over billed. It was like we were invisible - no one ever came over to us and we almost had to beg for the waitress to take our order (she is related to the owner). Now for the cherry on top - this restaurant gives zero service BUT includes an 18% service fee in the bill -YUP 18% and then they ask for a TIP on top. Skip this place they really don't care if you come anyway.

Loved this place. They were super nice and kid friendly. They gave off a European vibe with the outdoor seating. The staff was friendly and shared good recommendations. The food was a good value for the price, good portions. I got a kabob with a lafa, salad and dipping sauce. The real standouts from the meal were the mushroom hummus and the eggplant chimmichuri. Would recommend ?.
