My spicy yellow cut roll had rice wrapped with rice. They probably used a standard 2 nigiri portions of fish for the entire 8 piece cut roll. Too much rice. Fish was not terrible as far as freshness. But veriety overall was low.
Angel was an outstanding waiter, new to the restaurant but the questions he didn't know he asked the cook. I admire his honesty great young man. Food was outstanding great flavors!!
We had a great experience at Saka Mori. The food was amazing, the environment was very welcoming and the staff were very attentive and friendly. 100% recommend and will be going back. The sushi & fried rice had great flavor.
