Staff was nice and food was good but I tried to use the bathroom and it wasn't available for customers. Now I check other reviews and I see that has happened for long time.

I parked in these parking lot at the Marshall's, walked the the shell gas station around the corner to buy some smokes then went into the subway, they towed my truck while I was inside, had to take an Uber to the impound lot on Dixie and pay 200.00 dollars to get it back. Most expensive sandwich I have ever had, I can tell you it wasn't worth it. I will never shop anywhere in the parking lot strip.

Stood in the lobby for 5 min while one employee was on her personal phone calling someone and the other employee grabbed dishes from the counter and went and washed them in the back. Ended up leaving after standing around for 5 minutes and no one said or did anything
This is a non English establishment. Be sure to bring a transistor into the store. Otherwise, be ready to argue with the clerks.

Zero service. When I came in, two women were standing with their phones and talking to each other. I went to the counter, but they continued to talk among themselves without paying attention to me. Didn't even say hello. After standing like that for a couple of minutes waiting for them to talk, I realized that they could continue their conversation forever. They don't care about customers.

The two women at the counter were very rude. One told me when I asked to have my wrap heated that she was leaving and she couldn’t do it. Prior taking my order they were both involved with other customers that wanted to place an order to be picked up in the morning and they simply turned them down. Customers left unhappy. I’m also very disappointed at the poor level of customer service. Never coming back here again.

It’s 1030 pm , the lights are on , doors are locked it’s says open on website - and also door …. I’m sure the manager / owner would be thrilled to see staff locking door well before closing time
