EXCEEDED my expectations. Was only here for one night and wanted to get the full use of the pool and beach so arrived at 11 not intending for the room to be ready but WHITNEY not only had a room but upgraded us and gave us a late check out. All of this without me asking! She was the best manager I have ever experienced at any hotel. Our room was nothing fancy, but was clean and the beds were comfortable.
